CNA to Restorative Aide (RNA) Training


What is a RNA?
The Restorative Nursing Assistant is an Advance CNA who will work with residents needing restorative nursing measures to gain or to maintain their highest, possible, practical functioning level.

CNA to RNA Course: CNA to Restorative Aide program is a advance comprehensive course designed to teach students the skills and abilities essential to the provision of physical restorative care to patients and residents in hospitals, rehabilitation, home health and long term care facilities.

This course is for those who have completed the nurse assistant course. It is designed to instruct nurse assistants to assist therapists and or consultants in physical, occupational, and speech therapy.


Where do RNAs Work?: RNAs work in Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Centers, Alzheimer’s facilities, Therapy Departments, Acute Care Hospitals, Rehab Hospitals, Out Patient Centers, Hospice Agencies, Home Health Agencies. Most RNAs are trained on the job or you can earn a restorative aide certificate in just 3- 4 Sessions!

  • Nurse Aide Training Certificate
  • Adult CPR & First Aide Certification
  • Medical Terminology Certificate
  • Blood Borne Pathogens Certificate
  • Current TB Clearance
  • Current Physical Examination
